General

Who is Tufayel Ahmmed?

I’m a Full Stack Digital Marketer and WordPress expert based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I spent six years as a lead generation and web research specialist, and today I run the whole funnel: SEO and content, Meta and Google Ads, email automation, WordPress websites and B2B lead generation. I’ve completed 867+ projects for 153+ clients in 17 countries.

A full stack digital marketer can handle every stage of the funnel instead of just one channel. That means bringing in traffic (SEO, content, paid ads), capturing it (landing pages, WordPress sites, lead magnets), nurturing it (email automation), and measuring what worked (analytics and reporting).

The benefit for you: one person accountable for the result, with no hand-off gaps between five different freelancers.

Yes — most of my clients are outside Bangladesh. I’ve worked with clients in 17 countries, including the US, UK and Australia. All work is done remotely, and I schedule calls to overlap with your working hours.

Mostly small and mid-sized businesses, agencies and B2B companies that need marketing to produce measurable results — leads, sales or bookings. If you’re not sure whether I’m the right fit, send me a short note about your business and I’ll tell you honestly.

Pricing & Process

It depends on the scope. One-off projects — a lead list, an SEO audit, a website build — are quoted as a fixed price. Ongoing work — SEO, ads management, email marketing — is billed monthly.

Either way, you get a written quote with the deliverables before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Both. Many clients start with a one-off project, such as an audit or a lead list, and move to ongoing work once they’ve seen the results. You’re never locked into a retainer to get started.

The process has four steps:

  • Discover — we talk about your offer, your buyer and what you’ve already tried.
  • Strategy — you get a written plan with channels, budget, timeline and the metric we’re moving.
  • Execute — I build and launch, with weekly check-ins.
  • Measure & scale — plain-language reporting, then budget moves to whatever earns it.

To start, fill in the contact form with a few lines about your project.

Usually: access to the relevant accounts (Google Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts, your WordPress admin or email platform), a clear picture of your offer and ideal customer, and a named person who can approve work. I’ll send a short checklist at the start so nothing holds the project up.

You get regular reports in plain language, tied to the numbers that matter to your business — leads, sales, bookings or pipeline — not just clicks and impressions. Where it helps, I set up a live dashboard in Looker Studio so you can check progress any time.

Lead Generation

Every record is researched by hand from reliable sources — company websites, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, directories — and every email address is run through a validation tool before delivery. I record the source for each lead so it can be checked later.

In most cases, yes. If the businesses or people you want are publicly listed — on company websites, LinkedIn, Google Maps or industry directories — I can research them. For very niche markets, I’ll tell you up front roughly how many contacts are realistically available.

Google Sheets, Excel or CSV — whichever you prefer. I can also format the file to import straight into your CRM or outreach tool, with the columns mapped to your fields.

B2B outreach to EU and UK contacts is usually based on “legitimate interest”: the contact has to be relevant to the person’s job, and they must be able to opt out easily. In the US, CAN-SPAM requires a clear sender, a physical address and a working unsubscribe. I collect business contact data from public sources and record where each record came from. For your specific situation, check with a legal professional.

SEO & Content

Technical fixes can show an effect within weeks, once Google recrawls your pages. New content usually takes several months to reach its full ranking potential — typically three to six months, longer in competitive markets. SEO builds up over time; it’s a long-term investment, not a switch.

No — and you should be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google’s algorithm. What I can promise is a clear plan, work done to Google’s guidelines, and honest reporting on rankings, traffic and leads.

Yes. Local SEO covers your Google Business Profile, consistent business details across directories, location pages, reviews and local links — so you show up when nearby customers search for what you offer.

Crawling and indexing, site structure and internal links, duplicate content, page speed and Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, HTTPS, and structured data — plus a prioritised list of fixes. See the full list in my technical SEO audit checklist.

Paid Ads

If people already search for what you sell, Google Search usually comes first. If your product is visual, new or an impulse buy, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) usually works better. I explain how to choose in Meta Ads vs Google Ads: Where Should a Small Budget Go First?

No. Ad spend is paid directly from your own ad account to Meta or Google, so you always see exactly what the platforms charged. My management fee is separate.

There’s no fixed minimum, but the budget must be big enough for the platform to learn. Both Meta and Google optimise from conversion data, so a budget spread too thin never gets past the learning stage. Once I know your offer and target cost per lead or sale, I’ll recommend a realistic starting budget.

Email Marketing

Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo and HubSpot, plus automation tools like Zapier and Make. If you already use a platform, I’ll usually work within it rather than make you switch.

The most common causes are missing domain authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), a high bounce rate from an old or unverified list, and too many subscribers who never open. Fixing authentication and cleaning the list solves most cases. Read Email Validation Explained for the details.

Start with a welcome series — it reaches every new subscriber at their moment of highest interest. After that: abandoned cart or abandoned form, post-purchase, lead nurture and win-back. See 5 Email Automation Flows Every Small Business Should Run.

WordPress

Both. I build new WordPress sites and landing pages from scratch, and redesign or rebuild existing ones. Every build is set up for speed, SEO and conversion from day one — not added later.

Both — I choose based on who will edit the site and what it needs to do. Gutenberg is lighter and free; Elementor gives more visual control for marketing teams. I compare them in Elementor vs Gutenberg.

Yes. I start with PageSpeed Insights and your Search Console data to find what’s actually slowing the site down, then fix it in order of impact: hosting and caching, images, fonts and scripts. Read the full process in my WordPress speed optimization guide.

Yes — from product setup and checkout to payment gateways, shipping rules and the email flows that bring customers back.

Yes. A care plan keeps WordPress core, your theme and plugins updated, runs regular backups, monitors security and uptime, and keeps the site fast — so small problems don’t turn into big ones.
